Boracs upright is designed and produced according to Dexion, the world-leading and longest history pallet racking brand in the industry. Attractively designed, Boracs uprights has at least 7 facets more than conventional C-shaped uprights, hence, provides higher loading capacity and better rigidity. Connectors are welded at both ends of each beam. Different from the conventional rivet structure, Boracs connector consists of a 3-hook and 4-hook design. These hooks are lodged into the respective Poly-shape holes on the upright. This design allows the connector to move inwards and tightly lodged into the upright when load are placed onto the beams. Each connector consists of a safety pin to prevent accidental dislodgement due to reckless forklift operation. According to the loading characteristics of beam and practical experience, this strength can reach 6,500kg for heavy-weight connector.These beams are produced by 2 pieces of C-shaped materials socketed together. The structural rigidity
