purpose and sizeThe weld pins are used for fasten the insulation to the sheet metal of air duct, the cup is designed to avoid the insulation tear down, we have 1/2” 3/4” 7/8” 1” 11/8” 11/2” 2”. There are two types of them, one is cup head, the other one is Flat head. Other other sizes, we could customize.
Material
The pin is made from 10GA 1022steel, they are made by cold-heading, then roll the sharp points. The washer is made from 28 gauge full hard steel sheet metal. The diameter is 1”
European or Australian weld pin
The pin is made from 2.0mm or 2.7mm wire steel, the washer is made from 0.4mm or 0.5mm full hard sheet metal, the diameter is 30mm or 38mm, some weld pins are head insulated or pin insulated. The sizes are 25mm,28mm,38mm,50mm,75mm 100mm.
