Assembly Fixture The Horizontal Assembly Fixture is designed to aid in the assembly of radiator panel assemblies to header pipes. Panels are placed in a rack fixture at the Automated Stacking Machine (which is the last operation of the Automated Production Line), which is then placed inside the Horizontal Assembly Fixture. One end of the assembly fixture is adjusted manually for the overall length of the assembly while the other end acts as a hydraulic press to position and hold the entire assembly for tack welding. MIG welders are needed for the welding of panels to header pipe after assembly
