Ecological bricks manufactured with the ManualPress Machine SAHARA. They are made with the mixture: ground-clay-cement. These bricks are considered ecological bricks for they do not contaminate the environment, since the process of cure happens by means of humidification and dried on the open air and it occurs outdoors; therefore it does not attack the mother nature. These machines are manual and of very easy manipulation and any person with a brief training can make modular bricks. The productivity varies from 800 to 2400 bricks in 8 hours shift, depending on the machine.These solid bricks are produced in our machines: Mutirao machine and Hobby machine.
