Cannonau Doc. This wine is obtained from the red skinned grapes from vines cultivated amongst the hill country of medium and high altitude in the geographical area of Mandrolisai in central Sardinia. After a year of being aged in oak casks, the wine, is ruby red in colour with an intense red-fruit bouquet, with a well-balanced dry, satisfying and pleasingly warm taste It drinks well with elaborate entr�es or pasta, roasted meats, stews, sausage and cheese. Best served at 18�-20� C - 75 cl bottle. Alcohol content 13%.
