57mm BL series of brushless DC motors are running at a lower rated current with a range from 1.2Amps to 8.6Amps, which obtains a satisfied temperature rise and a less consumption of power supply. We utilize the existing steel pipe at the diameter of 57mm to form it to be as the motor housing, whose length is flexible from 41mm to 106mm to offer a variety of options in motor body length. Being with a configuration of both 4-pole and 3-phase, this 57mm brushless DC motor is cleaner, more powerful and requires lower maintenance than does the brush DC motor. It is constructed with Wye-windings and set up at 24VDC rated and can last over 20,000 operating hours. Either spur gearboxes or planetary gearboxes can be offered with sleeve or ball bearings.
