Our brushed DC motors are constructed with a bigger housing size at 100mm in diameter, which can allow built in any other bigger motor components like armatures, ball bearings and magnets to achieve higher torque at at lower speed. Because of their linear speed-torque curve, they particularly suit adjustable speed and servo control applications where the motor will operate at less than 5000rpm. Currently these PMDC motors are optionally run at either 12VDC or 24VDC and what’s more, the brushes can be manually replaced if any. Either spur gearboxes or planetary gearboxes can be offered with sleeve or ball bearings. Applications: They are widely applied to wheelchairs, golf carts and conveyors.
