Zr-V-Fe Non-evaporable getters and ZR-V-Fe-Ti getters based on Zr-V-Fe are lowtenperatare activated non-evaporable getters. The avtivating temperature for Zr-V-Fe getters is not high and they have good getters performance under room tenperature. Zr-V-Fe getters won't be sintered under high tenpetature. And also has good gettering performance unde room tenperature. This series is especially suitable for stainless steel vacuum bottle, industry dewar, high-tension switch tubes and so on.
