RUNNING BIOMASS GASIFICATION SYSTEM MODES AND ITS APPLICATIONSWe have hot gas mode and cold gas mode of our biomass gasification systems due to the many applications of biomass gasification.
The hot gas mode means after the gas produced from biomass gasifier, since this producer gas still hot and then after a simple dedust system, we can send this gas directly fired to supply heat for boiler to get steam, hot water, hot oil. This hot gas also can directly fired to get hot air for many kinds of ovens,furances, dryers and kilns(if these users no need clean gas for their equipment). Normally hot gas mode is good enough for many applications which the customer's existing equipment are using coal, diesel, bunker, Heavy fuel oil and etc.
