Carbide ejector probe needles are designed to reduce the possibility of tape contaimination and micro-cracking during die ejection.When combined with our automatic machining process, our needles offer top performance at a very affordable prices thus reducing the initial costs. We use a very fine sub-micron carbide grade which resists tip chipping and wafer rupture.
