The core technology of CRIMM Wet High Intensity Magnetic Separator (WHIMS) is that the it provides very high gradients (up to 105) and the magnetic field (up to 2T) which enables the separator to concentrate weakly magnetic and process weakly magnetic materials at very fine grain sizes (-10µm).The CRIMM WHIMS integrates several stages of magnetic separation into one machine, and yields high grade and recovery of concentrates, reducing the grade of tailings.
