The buffer bed can reduce the impact to the belt caused by large block materials dropping from high and effectively protect conveyor and belt from damaging. Besides, by replacing impact idlers, buffer can prevent the bulk materials and dust from spilling out without damaging belt. Till now the buffer bed has won a wide recognition from users of belt conveyors. CKHCC buffer bed is placed under guide chute and beneath the belt where the materials drop down. The abrasion-proof strip is made from the ultra-high molecular polyethylene panel which features in low friction coefficient. The buffer panel is fixed on the steel frame with high elastic rubber. By supporting belt effectively, the buffer bed is capable of minimizing the impact of falling materials to the belt; hence it ensures the safe operation and life expectancy of the belt.
