Automatic bellow expansion joint forming machine

1) Automatic bellow expansion joint forming machine will finish production automatically. Two types respective range are DN100-DN1000mm and DN1000-DN4000mm . It allows 0 labor operation
2) Control method: BECKHOFF PLC automatic.
3) Machine is equipped with CNC electrical motor and turning table. Accuracy of positioning convolution is very good, it can be correct to ±0.02mm when searching convolution position during forming. The tube is needed to be turned when forming. One worker can operate three working positions simultaneously.
4 ) Moulds include: DN100, DN125, DN150, DN200, DN300, DN400, DN500, DN600, DN700, DN800 and so on .
