AAC Blocks Plant Process:
The process involves wet mixing of fly ash and water
The mixture is then churned over time to a required density
The mixture is fed with lime, gypsum, and cement and aluminum powder in a complex mixing process
The mixture is then put in a mould where it comes in contact with the accelerating agent to swell up
The swelled mixture is dried and cut to desired sized blocks
The entire blocks on trolleys are baked in the autoclave and the blocks are ready
