Application
These are in-process take-up reels for high speed single and multiwire drawing machines, also stranding and bunching machines, for ferrous and non ferrous wires.

Suitable for multiwire, plainand tinned copper from 6/0.02mm. to 12/0.4mm diameter.
Plain and tinned single ends of copper from 0.1mm to 3.5mm diameter.
Single ends of aluminium from 1mm to 5mm diameter.
Enamelled wire manufacture.

Manufactured from high quality steel plate and tube.
Welded by MIG process, all welds and weld preparations confirming to BS 5135.
Machined on CNC Lathes for precision and repeatable dimensions and tolerances.
Dynamically balanced to ISO 1940 for operation at 40 M/Sec.
