This grain making machine can be used to process clean or waste PP/PE plastics into granules that can be reused as the raw materials. The gear reducer of the extruder is made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel and the screw and the cylinder of the hard gear reducer are made of 38CrMoA1A alloy steel through nitrogen treatment with a long service life. It consists of main-extruder, sub-extruder, water tank and the cutting part with alloy rotary cutter. The drying fan is optional.
