We can provide copper cathode as following details:Product - LME Grade A Cathode Copper, U.S.A. Quality - Very pure, averaging 99.99 X% (where X is between 5 &8) suitable for direct mtg of copper wire. Quantity - 10 Million pound/year Contract Term - First two (2) years based on 12 months future contract. Price - Floor and ceiling price on top of contract price that allows to participate in upside in metal price and similarly put a cap on any downside due to declining prices (as of today $2,20-$2.30 lb). Price will be set based on LME 3 month -2.5% CIF China main port. Payment - Payment will be 90% of the value based on the Bill of Lading to be deposited by wire transfer within 24 hours to the company's account with Bank of America.the final settlement payment will be in 30 days upon presentation of assays from the Umpire assayer.
