The TCD-C-2000KN Computer Controlled Large Compression Testing Machine for compression springs is made by Wintime Machinery Co., Ltd. The operation of this machine is controlled by the computer, driving with the servo motor and transmitting precisely with ball screw. Its max load is 2000KN(200Ton). Its testing space can be up to 2800mm. This machine is available for three closed-loop control in the aspect of test force, displacement and speed. It uses the load cells and optional length gage. This machine can be used to test the heavy duty springs, spring sets and the aircraft gear landing. It is worth mentioning that this machine is equipped with specialized measurement and control system that is used to test the compressibility and turning of the aircraft gear landing.
