This is a usb-to-serial conversion module to be integrated in your electronic product or design that communicate with a pc with the old and obsolete rs232 serial interface.Nowadays, this interface is doomed to disappear. With usb2232 we let you a soft migration to the current usb 1.1 serial interface, that you'd currently find in all kind of computers, pdas, tablet pc,... And all this kind of devices.The module is usb self-powered and you could connect it to your pcb or mcu with a minimum 3-wire interface (tx, rx and gnd) on a pdip socket.
