Structure Characteristics

1.Main engine with gear drive,its level of precision is 6 degree.Gear bearing will be lubricated with oil supplied by oil pump.Engine shell in cast form.

2.All main and key electirc apparatus adpot imported components.

3.Advanced technology is applied for annealing of AC induction.Surface of all gearings are

treated by ceramic processing.

4.Control desk shows speed, length,voltage and frequency etc.

5.Spool is unloaded and hoisted by using hydraulic pressure to reduce labor intensity.

6.Take-up capacity can reach 500kg.60w linear motor is adopted for wire arrangement.It is

step-less speed regulation.

7.Cone pulley is treated by tungsten carbide,full immersion lubrication,force feed lubrication for each eye model separately.

High speed medium drawing machine is the second stage. Accord to the outlet wire diameter, we have two models(KD-9H and KD-17H). And we have continuous annealer, if the customer need.
