Oalvand can offer different shaps of egg tray moulds and egg box/egg carton moulds. 1) Egg-tray molds: for two types of egg trays containing 30 eggs (5×5) and 40 eggs (5×8)
2) Egg-container molds: for four types of egg containers containing 6 eggs (2×3), 10 eggs (2×5), 12 eggs (2×6) and 15 eggs (3×5).
Our advantages:
1. According to the requirements of clients, the molds can be cast with all-metal (all-copper or all-aluminum alloy) or partial resin.
2. Special tool for replacement of wire mesh is provided together with the molds to facilitate replacing the wire mesh (quick-wear part) for the lower mold.
3. The pulp suction mold (the lower mold) is an assembled structure. It is very convenient to maintain it (to replace the wire mesh).
