This PVC Pipe Extrusion Line is mainly used in the production of the plastic PVC pipes with various diameters and wall thickness in the applications of agricultural and constructional water supplying & draining, cable laying etc.This line is composed of the conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum forming table, tractor, cutter, turning rack, etc. The extruder and the tractor adopt imported AC frequency conversion device. The vacuum pump and traction motor are also of high quality. There are several traction modes such as two claws, three claws, four claws, six claws, etc. Saw cutting or planet cutting is selectable. Length recording and thickness increasing devices can be attached.
