Introduction
XCI Hydro-cyclone is a new type efficient machine with adjustable feed opening and sand settling nozzle. It is designed by our company according to the CFD model and 3D model analytical systems, and suitable for classifying and dewatering.
Features
We have three optional angles, viz 10°, 15 °and 20°.
3D snail type feeding structure realizies axial and radial feeding, avoid turbulent flow disturbance beside overflow pipe and speed up the rotational flow of corase materials to underflow mouth.
Wedge djustment device greatly improves the classifying effect.
Xinhai abrasion resistant rubber is lined in the cyclone which greatly reduces operating cost.
The whole lining of the equipment can not be changed because of the wedge adjustment valve plate.
