Line consists of a feeding metal frame unit, leveler grooving roller, notch and punch square machine, shearing machine. The electrical control system uses a computer combined with a closed-loop servo-system to increase the precision and stabilization of the line. The maximum working speed is 10m/min. The length tolerance is ±0.5mm/m. The diagonal line tolerance is ±0.8mm/m. The feeding frame can be set to the customer's requirements.The line Layout
