Purse string is needed before end to end anastomosis, the traditional way to make purse string is applying stainless-steal purse string instrument to clamp the tissue, then use purse string needle to penetrate the tissue through the stainless-steal purse string instrument holes. But when in some deep parts of body, this traditional ways can not be applicable. So we developed disposable purse string instrument. It simplified procedure. Just clamp the instrument, the purse string is formed. It can reduce operation time.
