The Hatch Access Ship Ladder is designed to meet or exceed OSHA and ANSI A14.3 standards. We feature all-welded aluminum construction with no field assembly required. The Hatch Access Ship Ladder is manufactured with non-spark, high-strength materials to applicable ASTM standards, with standard mill finish. Standard tread width is 24”, made from deep serrated material for sure-footed climbing, with a minimum 500 pound loading capacity. Hand railing is 1-1/4”aluminum schedule 40 pipe on both sides, extending just above the top step to conform to OSHA standards The Hatch Access Ship Ladder is designed to install just below a roof hatch door to assure safe entry and exit. Ladder angle may be specified according to use and access requirements before manufacture. Standard wall mounting brackets are included with all ladders. Abrasive filled treads (type SNAT) are available as an optional item.
