1) Resistant to Salt Water Spray: Better corrosion resistance than nickel-plated and zinc-plated. DT leaf chain stands up under salt-water (brine) spray tests for more than 500 hours.2) Usable Outdoors: DT leaf chains are resistant to acid rain and other adverse weather conditions, which makes it extremely reliable for outdoor use.
3) Coating does not reduce chain strength: The temperature of the DT treatment process is low; so chain strength is unaffected. Accordingly, the tensile strength and allowable tension of DT leaf chains are the same as the chains without DT treatment.
3) Does not use chromium - environmentally friendly: Recently the regulation of harmful materials is being tightened worldwide and the use of chromium, as a material for surface treatment to prevent rusting, is gradually being restricted.
