KB-300 production line consists of extruder, vacuum calibration table, haul-off machine, cutting machine, and stacker. It is mainly used to produce PVC suspending ceiling boards, as well as other decorative profiles. Equipped with SJSZ-51 conical twin-screw extruder, for production of PVC ceiling board with width range of 200-300mm, KB-300 reaches max daily output of 700 square meters. By changing for bigger model extruder and corresponding downstream units, production for wider ceiling board up to 1000mm can also be achieved. Surface treatment such as lamination or oil printing is commonly adopted in order to get various color and attractive pattern design for the ceiling board.PVC ceiling panel production line
