Steel Mill Knife

Steel mill knive including hot mill knive and cold mill knive, using alloy surfacing technique to enhance working life and cutting efficiency. For hot cut application, nickel alloyed steel with excellent thermal ability is used for making straight knives. For cold cut applicaton, knives made of medium-high alloy steels can be fit for different cold-rolled sheets and sheets of medium thickness, metal scraps and forming cut.


Using materials of the Rotary shear blade:
W6MoCr4V2, HBK, 3CrW8V, SLD, 5CrW2si ,6CrW2Si , H13 etc

The coating of the Rotary shear blade:
TiN, A1TiN,TiCN TiA1N, TiCN, CrN.DLC etc
