This series machine is mainly used to produce various non-carbonated drinks, such as: mineral water, purified water, juice drink, etc, with capacity from 1000 bottles per hour to 20000 bottles per hour. The whole line including the following parts: Water treatment system is the first step of the whole line. The raw water would be treated by the Water Treatment System first to make it clean enough and suitable for drinking. Then, the treated-water would go to the filling plant and would be filled into bottles. Our filling machine is suitable for both glass bottles and plastic bottles with volumes from 200ml to 2000ml. The bottles would be rinsed, filled and capped inside the filling machine and then conveyed to the packing machine by conveyor. The packing or wrapping machine would pack the bottles automatically, and the whole process is finished.
