Autoclaved aerated concrete can be made by different technology according to raw material's category, quality and technological characteristics of main equipments. Generally, add some water into fly ash or silicon sand or slag, then grinding into slurry, then add into lime powder, proper cement, gypsum and foaming agent, foam stabilize, after mixed, pour into mould. After maintaining, foaming, solidifying, and cutting into various blocks. Then transport the AAC blocks to autoclave by autoclaved car, after high temperature and high pressure steam curing and maintaining, form the final products.AAC plant:
