HENIKWON SCM Busduct System is epoxy coated concentrically over the conductor by the extruding machine which is apecially designed for the busduct conductor into smooth surface and well bonded between insulation and conductor.The well bonded insulation is to prevent air corona and form a cavities at the surface of the conductor when it is exposed to bending or any other deformation.HENIKWON SCM Busduct Insulation is made by a uniform thickness and vulcanized at high temperature as well as under high pressure. To prevent the growth of voids between insulation material and conductor, the epoxy coating under high pressure is used.
