5 gallon PC blow molding machine main feature:1. Normal motor is 45KW, we use servo motor(22KW) save 50% power per hour.
2. It adopts a special exhaust type screw for PC material.
3. Extrusion device could be adjusted in six directions: Forward/backward, upward/downward. Change molds more easy and faster. Blow nozzle could be adjusted in six direction: Forward/backward, upward/downward, right/left.
4. The thickness control system is selectable, which adopts MOOG 30 point hydraulic servo system.
