250 different sizes from 6mm up to 250mm outside diameter. The standard protective surface treatment is phosphate and oiled, however superior surface treatments should be considered for disc springs that are to be situated in hostile environments.
DIN2093 disc springs are manufactured to close tolerances and are made from high quality spring steel strip and forgings.
The disc springs are pre-stressed (scragged) and the machining and radiusing of the inside and outside diameters remove stress raisers, which could otherwise reduce disc spring fatigue life.
