(b) Select and cut out design of your choice and remove clear plastic cover. (c) Press down firmly, design side down, making sure skin is clean and dry (d) Using a cotton ball, apply water on back of design and wait for water to penetrate to 30 seconds. (e) Carefully slide off backing, rinse and let it dry. Pls note: Design are waterproof and will last longer when touch with lotions, creams or suntan oil is avoided. To remove: Apply a few drops of baby oil or alcohol and rub gently, make sure skin is clean and dry before applying another design. Caution: Do not apply on sensitive skin or near eyes.
