DW series of Vacuum Absorbing Type Single Facer Corrugated MachineFunction and Characteristics
1 This machine adopt cap-style vacuum absorption, it can avoid high or low corrugation so as to the quality of corrugated paperboard. Glue-supply part adopts automatic cycle device.
2 Pneumatic dealing with corrugated paperboard. Pasting glue part is droved by worm wheel (it can be choice installs). The mobile distance is large for cleaning up easily. Corrugated rollers are cut and polished by special alloy, the whole gears are tempered, and the hardness reads HRC 55-60.
3 The main axle is lubricated by high-temperature oil. It is sealed up well and can lubricate effectively. The fastest speed 30-120m/min.The effective width is 1650-2200m. (Above machines are equipped double circles for user to choose)
