It mainly includes: ice water tank, refrigeration machine,evaporator,cooling tower,pipelines,valves and controller.Usually adopted liquid ammonia refrigeration machine ,used in heat exchange of tap water , offer cooling during fermentation ,and cool beer in the brighter tank.
