This line is mainly used in the production of PE/PP thicker plastic sheet/board and it is easy operated.The products made by this line have the characteristics of low cost, clean outside, antiseptic, insulation and other merits.
It is applicable in producing various kinds of plastic sheets of PP/PE which are used for making drinking cups, ice-cream cups and other packaging vessel as well.
This line is composite of extruder, calendar, winder, and electric control console, etc. The screw and cylinder are made of high quality alloy steel with optimum hardness, strong corrosion resistance and long service lifetime after nitrogen treatment. Circular water inside the calendar brings perfect cooling effect; mesh changer and the cylinder are separately controlled.
