The SHS Series Steam Generators are horizontal type, spiral tubed systems with small scale dimensions. This type is produced with 3 smoke gas passings and has two spiral pipe systems nested each other with different diameters. The idea of double spiral pipe systems is to vaporize water in the tube with the help of flame, fume and heat. The system can produce high quality steam in a couple of minutes with desired pressure. The generator can be mounted any place. There are no restrictions for using it in a building because of its lowered water volume. The system is offered as a package including the body, burner, stainless condensation vessel, Speck Brand triplex pump, compact electricity panel, water decalcifying unit and security devices. Assembling, disassembling and maintenance are extremely practical. System inside the hatchway is covered with 50 mm. Rock wool for isolation and hatchway is painted 1 mm thick with static dust paint. In case of need the hatchway (cover) can be removed
