   steel and bead welding cobalt-base hard alloy.
    
5. To meet special service, the material of trim can be 316LN,0Cr25Ni6Mo3CuN (255alloy) and 
   
   00Cr25Ni6Mo2N (SUS329J1), the material of bellows can be Ti.
