Ta powder, black powder, can be produced by carbon reduction of the oxide, or by the reduction of potassium tantalum fluoride (K2TaF7) with sodium. Use different methods for specific applications.We produce metallurgical Ta powder and capacitor grade Ta powder. metallurgical Ta powder is utilized for further fabrication of alloy or sectional materials.
The different specific capacitances of the capacitor grade Ta powder can be 17K,23K,30K,40K,50K,70K,80K,120K etc.
