Description:
- The PPR pipe line composed of single screw extruder, vacuum calibrating bath, spraying cooling bath, haul-off unit, cutter and tilting stacker;
- Coordinated with different specification of molds, to produce pressure water-supply, draining, gas pipe;
- High heat resistance, environmental stress and crack resistance
- Specially designed screw, decelerator with high torque and high power DC motor ensure good mixture of material and high output;
- Adding two more extruders, the line can produce glass-fiber reinforced pipe.
