And has FANTASTIC TRANSPARENCY. The cap has a gold arrow clip and three gold cap bands. A lockdown vacumatic filler is utilized to fill the pen. The pen is approximately 5 3/8 inches long and has been thoroughly cleaned, re-sacked and restored.
