Coupling has in House computer design and development using Auto CAD and Solid works to develop and design new products. Primary products include ductile iron pipe fittings with diameter range from 20mm (0.78”) to 1000mm (40.0”), stainless steel and red copper piping fittings with diameter range from 20mm (0.78”) to 219mm (8.6”). They are widely used in fire protection system, potable water system etc.Dimensional precision of couplings is ensured under mass production by using cast ductile iron and high pressure in molding. Through 45-days high temperature anti-aged test, the change of the entire mechanical properties meets international standard and ensures the sealing system could be used safely for 50 years under various conditions.
Coupling has 10-year export experience, and has FM approval and UL certification. There are also relevant certificates for new developed products related to piping systems, such as valves and water pumps.
