Chemzone India is the leading manufacturer of custom ceramic mugs and bone china mugs for over 25 years. What it takes to create custom printed ceramic mugs: once an order is received for custom printed ceramic coffee mugs the order is immediately forwarded to our art department, where one of our graphic artists will create films for the logo or text. once a paper proof is made, the films are used to burn screens. These screens are used by our screen printers to create the waterslide ceramic decals. Turnaround time for production is between seven to ten business days. We carry a large assortment of colors for printing including metallic gold and silver. If an exact color match is required (for example a company logo) a pre-production sample must be requested. This sample enables the customer to see and approve the cup or glass first hand. Although it does add several days to production time, it is highly recommended if exact color match is required.
