Return and Exchange

• We will check every item carefully before packing it.
•  If there is quality problem (such as broken zip), show us a photo of the problem please. After /confirm/iation, you will be refunded or the item will be replaced.
• If there is no quality problem, but you don’t like it, please send it back to us within 14 days after you receive the item. Please make sure the item in the original condition with all packaging intact. You will be refunded in full minus the shipping fee.
• If returning an item, please enclose a printout of the Ebay invoice, displaying your User Id and Item Number. If you have paid via paypal we will then process your refund within 24 hours of receiving the return.
