Description:

YL-91/4 Hot & Cold Welt Shaping Machine and YL-91/2 One Hot/Cold Welt Shaping Machine are of the some functions to reform the top line after shoes lasts slipped, it makes the top-line part with V appearance before packing. The operation is first reactivating the quarter by aluminum hot mould, then stabilizing it by a special aluminum cold mould; the special silicon cribber cushion press, by means of a pneumatic cylinder, the edge of the quarter taking off some imperfections. The particular vertical position of aluminum moulds makes the shoe insertion easier. You can choose two hot/cold of the model YL-91/4 or one hot/cold of the model YL-91/2 according to your need.
