Yingdehong tea is a black tea from Yingde, Guangdong province, China. The tea tasted good, dried black tea leaves that smell much like cocoa. When infused, the leaves turn the water a more amber color and the brew has a peppery taste with a hint of sweetness at the end. he tea should have a cocoa-like aroma and like most Chinese black teas a sweet aftertaste.

This is a good tea, definitely. I do love my black teas, so if you're not really into black tea that much or if you don't like your tea to be too strong then this might not be for you.

Description:

Black tea is a type of tea that is more oxidized than oolong, green and white teas. All four types are made from leaves of the shrub (or small tree) Camellia sinensis. Black tea is generally stronger in flavor than the less oxidized teas.

Generally, 2.25 grams of tea per 200 ml of water, or about a teaspoon of black tea per 8 oz. cup, should be used. Unlike green teas, which turn bitter when brewed at higher temperatures, black tea should be steeped in freshly boiled water, around 90 to 95. When the tea has brewed long enough to suit the tastes of the drinker, it should be strained while serving.
