What is pre shipment inspection?
Pre shipment inspection usually takes place when at least 90% of the production has finished. An inspector will be sent to the factory and perform a random check on the finished products covering all aspects to ensure that the shipment conforms to clients' quality standard before being dispatched.
 

The purpose of pre shipment inspection
* Minimize the risks of shipping. Most of the factories choose to do a balance payment before shipment, therefore it is very important to be sure of the product that is going to be shipped out meets clients quality standard.
* Confirm whether the shipment has any defects, and the correspondent corrective follow-up.
 

What do we check?
1. Comprehensive product check, including appearance, dimension, function, workmanship, finish/colors
2. Quantity check, if the shortage conforms to clients more-less clause
3. Product packaging and color label if theres any
4. Other special requirement from clients
