What is production monitoring & expediting?
Product monitoring
The Product Monitoring happens during the whole process of mass production, but it doesnt necessarily mean that the QC will be staring to the production line 24 hours a day, rather, it means, mostly of the time, verify factorys own production monitoring system or help them the establish/strengthen their current system.
Of course, if you are facing with a particular large order, an inspector will be sent to the factory and report daily to identify the production process and fix problems in real time at the same time.
 

Expediting
Literally, it means "speed up" the shipment. In spite of the agreed delivery time, clients sometimes do face the rush-processing. Almost every factory reserves a little when giving clients the lead time. SAGAWIT QC in the factory will help to monitor the production while simplify the process and make sure factory doesnt have any artificial delay that could have been otherwise avoided. Thus, shorten the overall production lead time.
